RKACA was established with a simple frustration in mind: too many audit and accounting engagements stop at telling a client what happened, without explaining why it happened or what to do about it.

Yadav built RKACA around a different standard, shaped by his experience leading audit and advisory engagements before establishing the firm in Nepal.
The idea was to bring that same rigor to a practice where senior professionals stay personally involved in engagements, rather than handing clients off to junior staff once the proposal is signed.
Today, RKACA brings together Audit & Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Outsourcing, and Business Advisory under one roof, serving businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and government institutions across sectors including healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and international development.
